What iGoBoat is
iGoBoat is a marketplace connecting travelers with independent, vetted boat captains in Phi Phi, Phuket and Krabi. We are not the carrier — every trip is operated by the captain you book.
Bookings & payment
A booking request is confirmed once the captain accepts. Payment is collected on the day unless stated otherwise. Park fees and entry fees are paid on site by passengers, except where included.
Cancellations
Free cancellation up to 24h before departure. Within 24h: captain's discretion. Weather-related cancellations are always fully refunded or rescheduled.
Safety
All listed captains hold valid Thai marine licenses and life jackets for every passenger. Children under 12 must wear a life jacket at all times. Captains may refuse boarding for safety reasons (weather, intoxication, capacity).
Captain accounts
Captains are responsible for keeping listings accurate (price, schedule, capacity). Misleading listings or repeated no-shows result in account suspension.
Privacy
We store the minimum needed to operate the booking: name, email, phone, trip details. Live captain location is opt-in and shared only while a captain enables it on their dashboard. We never sell data.
