Who operates iGoBoat

iGoBoat (igoboat.com) is a brand owned and operated by PP Paradise Travel Co., Ltd. (trading as Phi Phi Paradise Travel) and is not affiliated with — nor to be confused with — any similarly named companies. The official registered name is (บริษัท พีพี พาราไดซ์ ทราเวล จำกัด), registration number 0815569001533, registered in Krabi Province, Thailand, at 125/32 Moo 7, Ao Nang, Mueang Krabi, Krabi Province, Thailand. Our operations are based in Koh Phi Phi.

PP Paradise Travel Co., Ltd. is registered with the Department of Business Development (DBD) and licensed by the Tourism Authority of Thailand — Department of Tourism TAT License No. 31/01520 (verifiable on the Department of Tourism's official licence register).

Tour & boat operators

Tours, transfers and boat charters sold through this platform are operated by Phi Phi Paradise Travel and by vetted third-party vendors and partners who are required to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations, including registration with the Department of Business Development (DBD) and the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) where required.

Booking policy

All reservations must be booked online. We do not accept in-person bookings, cash reservations, or WhatsApp reservations. When a tour or boat is fully booked, online booking closes — showing up in person will not override availability.

Where a booking is confirmed with an online booking fee or deposit, any remaining balance shown at checkout is paid directly to the operating captain or operator on the day, as indicated on your booking confirmation.

Images and media displayed on this website are provided by our partner tour operators, shot by our own team, or sourced from third parties for the purpose of promoting the tours and experiences offered through iGoBoat. All images are used in good faith with the understanding that they are authorized for marketing use by the respective operators or partners. If you believe any image or media on this website infringes your rights or has been used without proper authorization, please contact us at contact@phiphiparadise.travel before submitting a formal DMCA complaint. iGoBoat complies with applicable copyright laws and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
